MTL is one of the largest processors of components manufactured from Hardox® Wearparts. Our skilled work force has many years’ experience of working with this wear resistant material. Over the past 20 years, we have become experts at processing, bending and fabricating parts and complex assemblies made out of Hardox®
Hardox® Stockholder, Processor & Fabricators
We supply various wear parts from Hammer Blades and Liner Plates to fully fabricated Tipper Bodies. Wear plate increases wear life and is typically used in many sectors, including quarrying, construction and recycling. In products such as shredder blades, Hardox® is proven to last twice as long as conventional steel, saving time, improving efficiency and reducing down-time.
Due to our extensive manufacturing capabilities we can machine up to 700HB, press parts up to 8m in length.

Large Format Laser and Bevel Cutting:
XXL Cutting Up to 14m x 3.3m.
Standard Laser Cutting: Up to 6m x 2.5m.
Bending Hardox®
1 x Robotic Press Brake: XXL URSVIKEN 640 Tonne CNC Press 7.2m wide. 6 x Large Format Press Brakes, up to 640 Tonne: Up to 8m wide.
Welding Hardox®
Welding Hardox®:
16 x Robotic MIG & TIG Welding Cells.
