We are pleased to announce that we will be exhibiting at DVD 2026, the UK’s leading biennial defence industry exhibition, taking place on 16th and 17th September 2026 at UTAC Millbrook. Success at LAMMA 2026 Tradeshow
We had a fantastic time at the LAMMA Show 2026, held at the NEC in Birmingham. As the UK’s leading agricultural machinery and technology event, LAMMA gave us the ideal platform to showcase MTL Advanced’s engineering and fabrication expertise to farmers, contractors and agricultural professionals from across the country. Over the two days, from 14–15 January, we connected with a wide range of visitors and fellow exhibitors. At our stand, we demonstrated how our advanced fabrication and precision engineering capabilities support the agricultural supply chain. We showed visitors and exhibitors how our decades of experience in metal fabrication, welding and engineering help manufacturers and suppliers develop robust, innovative and cost-effective machinery. Feather Appeal: MTL Advanced Crafts Tribute for Rotherham Hospice
MTL Advanced is proud to stand alongside AESSEAL and Pryor Technology in support of Rotherham Hospice’s new Feather Appeal, a powerful tribute designed to honour lost loved ones while raising essential funds for local hospice care. The appeal invites members of the public to dedicate a beautifully crafted steel feather in memory of someone special. These feathers will form part of a “Meadow of Memories” installation in the historic gardens of Wentworth Woodhouse, on display from 9th to 23rd August 2025. Proceeds from each dedication – with a suggested donation of £40 – will help Rotherham Hospice continue providing outstanding end-of-life care to patients and their families. MTL Celebrates National Apprenticeship Week 2025
Engineering and Manufacturing specialists, MTL proudly participated in National Apprenticeship Week 2025. This week-long celebration brings together the apprenticeship community to highlight the achievements and opportunities that apprenticeships provide. On Thursday 11th February, MTL hosted it’s third Apprenticeship Open Evening, welcoming over 100 visitors interested in starting a career in engineering. The event is held for individuals eager to begin a career in engineering through an apprenticeship. Attendees had the opportunity to explore how MTL’s apprenticeship programmes work, along with the wide range of career paths available within the sector. The open evening gave visitors the chance to meet current apprentices and hear firsthand about their experiences. This allowed individuals to gain valuable insights into the daily life of an apprentice, the challenges they face, and the skills they develop along the way.
