We are proud to share that our very own Jamie Sharp has been appointed as an official Ambassador for Rotherham Hospice.
As our Business Manager, Jamie has supported the hospice for many years through meaningful community projects. His commitment has been practical as well as personal, with one of the most recent highlights being his involvement in the Feather Appeal. Working closely with the team, Jamie helped coordinate the manufacture of hundreds of steel feathers, bringing the campaign to life and helping generate vital funds for the hospice.

Rotherham Hospice plays an essential role in supporting patients and families across the region, providing compassionate end of life care and ongoing support when it matters most. Jamie has long been passionate about helping people better understand what hospice care truly means, particularly within the local business and manufacturing community.
A strong advocate for engaging the next generation, Jamie has also focused on inspiring apprentices to get involved. By introducing younger team members to the work of the hospice, he is helping to build awareness, empathy and a deeper appreciation of the support services available to families in Rotherham. He believes that encouraging businesses and apprentices to play an active role is key to sustaining long term community impact.
As an Ambassador, Jamie will continue to raise awareness, generate vital income and champion the hospice’s work across the local business network. His role will involve strengthening partnerships, creating new fundraising opportunities and using his platform to ensure more people understand the value of hospice care.
Jamie said, “It’s been great getting younger apprentices involved and helping them understand what a hospice is and does. Through the company we want to continue generating revenue and media exposure to support Rotherham Hospice.”
